Auto Maintenance

  1. What is Auto-Maintenance?

  2. By default, all members are enrolled in the Auto-Maintenance program. On the last day of the month, if you are not already maintained for the following month, funds will be automatically deducted from your ToteBonus eWallet and added to your ToteDaddy Maintenance Wallet (USD 50 for Gold accounts). You will then be maintained for the following month. You must have sufficient balance in your ToteBonus eWallet for Auto-Maintenance to deduct and transfer to your ToteDaddy Maintenance Wallet.

    If you have insufficient balance in your ToteBonus eWallet, you have to do manual maintenance yourself.

Loading Funds

  1. How do I add funds into my ToteBonus eWallet?

  2. In order to purchase Gold Accounts to recruit new members, you will need sufficient funds in your eWallet to purchase those Gold Accounts. You may add funds into your ToteBonus eWallet by one of the following methods:

    • Earning bonuses. Bonuses are credited to your eWallet.
    • Purchasing credit from another ToteBonus user (i.e: your upline, sponsor or downlines). ToteBonus users can freely transfer their eWallet funds to other ToteBonus users.
    • Transfer credit from ToteDaddy account. You may freely transfer funds from your ToteDaddy eWallet to your ToteBonus eWallet.

    • Loading funds into your ToteDaddy eWallet can be done via credit card, or online bank transfer (selected countries only, transaction fees are applicable). These funds are automatically credited to your ToteDaddy account, once the transaction is complete.

Maintenance

  1. When do I need to make my monthly maintenance?

  2. If you do not wish to use the Auto-Maintenance function, you can make your monthly maintenance at any time during a calendar month to maintain your account for the next calendar month. i.e To be maintained for the month of May, you can make your monthly maintenance at any time between 1st and 30th April.

  3. If I am not maintained for a month, will the PVs from sales made during that month carry forward to the next month I am maintained? i.e I am not maintained for the month of April, but I had sales of 300PVs in my strong leg during that month. Will I receive my USD 60 Pairing Bonus if I have sales of 300PVs in my weak leg in May?

  4. Yes. PVs from sales made while you are not maintained will be carried forward to the next month you are maintained.

Sales Cancellation Policy

  1. What is ToteBonus’s Sales Cancellation Policy?

  2. All purchases on ToteBonus are final.

Withdrawing Funds

  1. What are the conditions for withdrawing funds?

  2. For all fund withdrawal requests:

    • Minimum withdrawal request is USD 1,000
    • Funds are paid out in USD. Please note that amount received will be based on your bank’s exchange rate.
    • Banking transaction fees (such are wire transfer fees) will be deducted from your withdrawal request. Fees may differ based on the size of your withdrawal request, and on the destination country. ToteBonus advises users to expect a minimum 5% transaction cost.

  3. When are funds banked to our bank accounts?

  4. ToteBonus processes withdrawal requests on the first weekday after the 1st and 16th of the month. Please allow a minimum of 1 week from that date for your withdrawal request to be fulfilled.

  5. Are there any banks which ToteBonus cannot pay into?

  6. Please note that ToteBonus cannot process withdrawal requests to the following banks:

    • India: all banks
    • Malaysia: Maybank

    Withdrawal requests to these banks will be cancelled, and funds returned to user’s eWallet.

    Malaysian users are recommended to open a bank account with either CIMB or Public Bank.
